Below are the commands that can be sent to @kivanotify: search, stop and list

search
Specifies the search criteria that loans must match for you. If a loan matches your criteria, @kivanotify will tweet you the loan details. When @kivanotify receives a search command, it will tweet you a confirmation message.

Possible search categories are:
Multiple search arguments can be specified in one search, for example:
@kivanotify search retail africa
This will tweet you all loans from region Africa in the retail sector.

When multiple values from one category are specified, Kiva Notify will split this in multiple searches. For example
@kivanotify search retail africa asia
will tweet you:
  1. all loans from region Africa in the retail sector
  2. all loans from region Asia in the retail sector
Some search criteria values may appear in more than one category. In that case @kivanotify will tweet you the categories and ask you to include category names in the search. For example ‚Food’ is known as an ‚sector’ and as a ‚activity’. By tweeting @kivanotify search sector Food, Kiva Notify knows that you’re interested in the Food sector and not in the Food activity.

Stop
Stops searching for you. By simply tweeting @kivanotify stop, Kiva Notify will stop all searches for you. If you specify search criteria, it will remove the specified search criteria values from all searches that are running for you. For example imaging you have tweeted the following 2 searches:
  • @kivanotify search asia retail
  • @kivanotify search asia
And then you’d tweet: @kivanotify stop asia, Kiva Notify would delete the 2nd search and only keep searching for loan in the ‚retail’ sector (asia region is removed)

List
Tweets you all searches that are currently running for you, for example: @kivanotify list will tweet you 1 tweet for each running search. This may be handy if you’re not sure anymore what @kivanotify is searching for you.
